March Physiotherapy Clinic Ltd. Is the Data Controller of this site and is registered with the Office of Data Protection. We are March Physiotherapy Clinic Ltd. A private physiotherapy clinic. We also offer massage, acupuncture, Pilates and Tai Chi. Our full contact details can be found on our website.

We obtain information from you when:

+ You sign up for a user account on our website for online booking or through the BookingBug site.
+ You provide us with a testimonial
+ We receive communication from other healthcare professionals involved in your care
 We receive communication from healthcare intermediaries involved in your care.

3. What information do we collect and how is it used?

3.0 Sensitive Data

We do gather sensitive personal data relating to health matters pertinent to the provision of our services. Such data is provided with consent of the patient, themselves or their representative. We do not gather sensitive date (e.g. genetic, biometric data, sexual orientation, religious beliefs etc).

3.1 Children's Information
Our services may be directed to children under the age of 13. Any relevant information is only collected with the explicit consent of the individual holding parental responsibility for that child.

3.2 Third Parties
We will not rent or sell your information to third parties
We will share you information to third parties for marketing purposes.
We do store your data with PracticePal practice management software as per the legal obligation to store your records. PracticePal are a GDPR compliant business.

You have rights concerning the information we hold about you, as defined under the General Data Protection Regulation. If you wish to exercise these rights please contact us.

4.0 Requesting a copy of your information
You may request a copy of any data we hold about you upon request.

4.1 Updating or correcting your information
The accuracy of your information is important to us. If you change email address or any other information we hold is inaccurate or out of date please contact us so we may update our records.

4.2 Deleting your information
You have the right to request erasure of your personal information. Unless there is compelling reason for the data not to be released (for example if we need to use that data to fulfil our contractual or legal obligations), your personal data will be deleted on request.


5. Use of ‘cookies’
A cookie is a small file which asks permission to be placed on your computers hard drive.
